Our warranty covers quantity or visual defects for a period of 7 days from the delivery date. We kindly ask our customers to inspect the received goods immediately upon delivery. Lash Curl Warranty

Classic lash extensions: We offer a generous 2-year warranty for lash curl. Customers must provide photo evidence of curl loss exceeding 20% within a box to initiate this warranty. In such cases, we will promptly send replacements for the affected boxes.

Pre-made lash extensions: For pre-made lash extensions, we provide a 1-year warranty for lash curl. To qualify for this warranty, customers should return the affected items and go through the replacement process for curl loss exceeding 50% within a box. We cover all shipping costs for this process.
Warranty Process
